The room was spacious with a comfortable bed and a clean bathroom. the breakfast had a variety of options to choose from and tasted good. the location was near to the main attractions of the city and was easy to find.

The staff was unprofessional and uninterested in helping guests. They were rude and always seemed annoyed when asked for help.

Stairs to some of rooms steep so if you are not totally mobile its a problem but there are other rooms on the ground floor which I am sure that they would give you if necessary.

The guest house is nestled in a lush tropical garden, making it perfect for a peaceful stay. the rooms are well-maintained, with comfortable beds and clean bathrooms. the service is warm and hospitable, and the breakfast buffet is extensive. the proximity to good restaurants and the new Time Square casino makes it convenient. the place exudes a homely atmosphere, with the beautiful gardens and peaceful surroundings.

One of the outside rooms may experience noise disturbances from smoking, as mentioned in a past review.

The owners could not have been more pleasant or gracious. I recommend their guest house to all.

I had a wonderful stay at this luxurious hotel. The location was perfect, close to shopping centers, restaurants, and everything I needed. The service provided was top-notch, with excellent housekeeping and a helpful staff. The room was tastefully decorated and had all the amenities I could ask for, including ironing facilities, tea and coffee facilities, and a comfortable sitting area. The hotel also had a beautiful garden area, perfect for relaxing and taking photos. The breakfast served was delicious, and they even had special diet menus available. this hotel provided enhanced comfort and quality services.

I recommend this hotel for families.
